Archway Level 1 Course 

The Archway can feel intimidating but with clear instruction you will leave the course with a greater understanding of the work which you will immediately be able to incorporate into your personal or teaching practice.  The Archway is unique in particular because of the way you utilize your own body weight, gravity, and leverage to open and strengthen.  It develops a deeper sense of strength through relaxation & precision. We strongly suggest that you do some introductory sessions on the Archway prior to participating in this course.  Please note, for this course Karen includes an additional day of instruction plus an additional hour each day. This course can be applied as either your GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® update credit.

Location: GYROTONIC® Movement Center, Seattle, WA 

Course Fee: $1365 + tax, includes an additional day of instruction, plus an additional hour per day. 

Non-Refundable Studio Fee: $250 + tax 

Total Hours: 42
