Leg Extension Unit Course 

This course can be applied as either your GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® update credit. 

Dates: August 15 – 20, 2026 

Instructor: Karen Mullen, Specialized GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer 

Location: GYROTONIC® Movement Center,  Seattle, WA 

Course Fee: $1085 + tax,  includes additional instruction time. 

Non-Refundable Studio fee:  $300 + tax 

Total Hours: 33 hours
