This is the introductory course for those interested in learning more about GYROKINESIS Level 1 exercíses and the first requirement for those wanting to become certified trainers in the method.

For those signing up for the 4 courses at SOMA KINETIC STUDIO there will be no studio fee for the first 3 courses.

The Studio is located at the most beautiful island in the south of Brazil.
