GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course - Part 2 of our 4-part program! 

This is part 2 of our 4-part complete program on your journey to becoming a certified teacher.  Upon successful completion of this course, you are issued a Certificate of Apprenticeship and can begin providing instruction to clients.  (Repeating a Foundation Course may be applied as your Apprentice Review Course) 

Dates:  April 19-23rd, 2026, with a required afternoon meeting on April 19th. (April 15th & April 20th are scheduled days off)

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Gyrotonic Pre-training course.  

NOTE: No more than 12 weeks can expire between the completion of your Pre-Training Course and the Foundation Course.
