GYROKINESIS Level 1 Apprentice Review COURSE is to deepen your understanding of the Level 1 materials, and to refine your teaching skills, quality of the movement performance and to support your further growth to the next level - Final certificate course.

At this course, Master Trainer-Daniel Chang, will support the apprentice to practice how the rhythm resonates the movement and make it efficiently and effortlessly.

• Morning Class: Daniel will lead the apprentice the Level 1 format 1 and format 2

• Rest of the Morning: Refine the details

• Afternoon: The apprentice will need to prepare to teach level 1 format 1 in afternoon of Day 1 of Day 2.

• Rest of Afternoon: Daniel will guide the student to explore the basic hands on to refine the movement pathway and to adds more flow and rhythm to make the movement juicy and moisture.
