GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course

GYROTONIC level 1 Pre-training course is the exploration journey to understand and to experience how the fascia could be so organic to move and to break through its own restriction and to obtain the freedom. At level 1 Pre-training course, the pre-trainer, Daniel Chang, will lead the students the whole materials with systematically teaching style to deepen the understanding of the GYROTONIC movement system for the preparation of the Level 1 Foundation course.

  • Course date: 2025 December 27~29; 2026 January 03~05; 2 weekends, totally is 6 days

  • Course hours: Start from 10:00 am, and Finish at 6:00 pm, there will 2 hours for the lunch break in beween.

  • Studio fees: 15000 New Taiwan Dollars ( this is the early bird's fees)
