Irene J Rampino's GYROTONIC® Applications of the Fascial Body course empowers teachers to deepen their understanding of the relationship between the GYROTONIC® Method and fascial training.Irene's teaching style incorporates playfulness, creativity, and ease of movement - tools that foster individual empowerment and a heightened knowledge base of motor patterns. Her passion for biomechanics, physical therapy, movement sequences, and rhythm creates a nurturing, motivating learning environment.

In a supportive group setting, course participants will learn to distinguish between fascial tissue training and muscular training. Interactive labs will explore concepts like PNF, recoil, swing, and plyometrics. Teachers will also gain the ability to identify physical efficiency, leading to gentle, holistic changes in the fascial body's stress-strain patterns.
