Move and breathe in harmony with nature while sheltered under the majestic beams of a 150-year-old kominka (traditional Japanese folk house) in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan.

Course dates: July 28 (Mon) – 30 (Weds) + August 3 (Sun) – 5 (Tues), 2025 (3 days x 3 days = 6 days total)
