Are you interested in becoming a Gyrokinesis instructor? If so, this is the course for you. This 6-day course is the entry level course for those interested in becoming certified Gyrokinesis instructors. In this course, students will gain a thorough physical and kinesthetic understanding of the movement concepts and exercises found in the system.
November 2025, Gyrotonic Movement Center is hosting a Gyrokinesis Pre-training course with Specialized Master Trainer, Karen Mullen on beautiful San Juan Island. We will be hosting our event at The Earthbox Inn & Spa. Earthbox is a delightful blend of cool resort motel and classic vintage motor inn with an indoor pool, full-service spa, stylishly renovated rooms and free WiFi located in the heart of Friday Harbor, within 4 blocks of the Washington State Ferry. The workshop will be held in the conference room located at the Earthbox. This intimate retreat like setting creates opportunities for forest bathing, introspection, and true unwinding.
