GYROKINESIS® Methodology
After meditating and exploring various self-disciplines for many years on the island of St. Thomas, Juliu Horvath developed the Gyrokinesis exercise method. He sought to and succeeded in creating form of movement that would allow users to increase muscular and joint flexibility while at the same time stimulating and energizing the flow of ‘chi’ or ‘prana’ in their bodies also. Some of the hallmarks of Gyrokinesis exercises are the fluidity of the movements and the ease with which one can perform these movements.
