Rebecca K Halls



BFA Contemporary Dance, choreographer, professional hula hooper, yoga teacher, osteopath in training. When it comes to the body and movement, Rebecca Halls has explored almost every avenue. As a healer, as a teacher, as an artist and performer, Rebecca regards movement as her language. Her passion lies in exploring anatomy and physiology in relation to movement and expression. She has spent a lifetime learning how to feel good in her own body, from injury prevention, to extreme performance, Rebecca enjoys most to share this experience with her clients to help them feel at home in their bodies. She has traveled far and wide to learn from the masters, exploring the world's cultures and languages, to gain understanding about the mysteries of the body, and how we can move and co-exist peacefully in a time of great change.
