EVENT DETAILS
3 progressive Gyrokinesis class formats introduced over a three week period: Week 1/Progression 1, Week 2/Progression 2, Week 3/Progression 3.

A total of 21 classes over 21 days. These classes will be the practice classes between each progression. Example: You will be introduced to Progression 1 in the first Sunday class. The following Monday through Saturday will be classes practicing the progression that was introduced on Sunday. The next Sunday will introduce Progression 2 and so on.

All classes are led by Gyrokinesis Master Trainers who have learned the formats directly from Juliu Horvath.

The complexity and speed and duration of the classes progress over the 3 week period, culminating in a 1hr 25min final format class

SCHEDULE

  • WEEK 1
    Sunday, March 7 (11a EST) – Launch of the official Progression 1 class. This class was pre-recorded with Juliu’s team in Münstertal, Germany during their study with Juliu. The class is 51 minutes and a recording of the class will be available for 7 days.

Monday, March 8 – Saturday, March 13 (11a EST) – Live daily Progression 1 classes with a Master Trainer from your Sunday class. Each Master Trainer will teach classes during the week so you will have the opportunity to experience class with each of them throughout each week. Classes are followed by a short Q&A and a recording of the class will available for 24 hours.

  • WEEK 2
    Sunday March 14 (11a EST) – Launch of the official Progression 2 class. This class was pre-recorded with Juliu’s team in Münstertal, Germany during their study with Juliu. The class is  52 minutes and a recording of the class will be available for 7 days.

Monday March 15-Saturday March 20 (11a EST) – Live daily Progression 3 classes with a Master Trainer from your Sunday class. Each Master Trainer will teach classes during the week so you will have the opportunity to experience class with each of them throughout each week. Classes are followed by a short Q&A and a recording of the class will available for 24 hours.

    Sunday March 21 (11a EST)- Launch of the official Progression 3 class. This class was pre-recorded with Juliu’s team in Münstertal, Germany during their study with Juliu. The class is 1 hr 25  minutes and a recording of the class will be available for 7 days.

Monday March 22-Saturday March 27 (11a EST)- Live daily Progression 3 classes with a Master Trainer from your Sunday class. Each Master Trainer will teach classes during the week so you will have the opportunity to experience class with each of them throughout each week. Classes are followed by a short Q&A and a recording of the class will available for 24 hours.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Movement creates breath, breath creates movement. The synchronization of movement and breath has been a focal point of the Gyrokinesis Method since its beginnings. It has proven to be a strong healing tool for Gyrokinesis enthusiasts from all walks of life and around the globe. Now more than ever a quest has emerged for strategies to strengthen the respiratory system and improve lung function. The GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Program fills this void more than any other Gyrokinesis class.

This program consists of three progressive class formats which systematically stimulate the circulatory system so that:

  • Nutrients are carried through the network of blood vessels to the organs more efficiently.
  • Oxygen levels increase and oxygen is delivered to the tissue of the body where it’s needed.
  • Carbon dioxide and waste is removed from the body more efficiently.
  • One feels more energized and does not get tired as quickly.

It also relieves stress, improves sleep, and boosts overall mood.

Usually cardiovascular exercises are associated with vigorous activities using large muscle groups like in running, jump rope or power walking. However, this cardiovascular breathing program offers a path to respiratory health in uniquely designed progressions that allows each person to stay in their individual comfort zone while expanding their functional range with a sense of ease.

From the layperson to the athlete, one can achieve progress, in a short time, that would otherwise require strenuous exercise routines to attain the same depth.

  • About the Presenters: These classes are conducted by three Gyrokinesis Master Trainers who have studied the GYROKINESIS® Cardio Breathing Program extensively with Juliu Horvath- Jackson Kellogg, Paula Rivera and Don Friedwald
