GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course

Master Trainer Jessica Gowen will offer a Level 1 Gyrotonic Foundation Course October 23 - November 4, 2023, at Activcore Druid Hills in Atlanta, GA. The course runs for five hours daily with a mid-day break, and the group will take one day off on October 29.
