Come to beautiful Traverse City, Michigan to enjoy the lake and explore wineries, shopping, hiking the sand dunes, and sampling some of the best food available in the area! (If we don't get anymore snow).

Course hours are Saturday and Sunday afternoons, while finishing our third and final day on Monday morning (in time to catch a later afternoon flight out of Travrse City airport).

This is valid for lisence renewal for both the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Methods. Feel free to inquire about private or semi-private trainings.
