Plaza Wellspring Offering private GYROTONIC and group GYROKINESIS classes. Equipment includes the Pulley Tower and Jumping Sliding Board. Appointments available 7am-7pm M-F and 7am-3pm on Saturday. We offer pre-training in GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS.
