We have available for purchase 3 GYROKINESIS DVDs and 2 GYROKINESIS videos. The DVDs were created and produced much later than the 2 videos that are for sale, and they represent the most recent evolution of GYROKINESIS methodology that is available to the public. They also contain menu options that will take one to any series or group of exercises that one wants to go to. However, Juliu's first video, "Journey through the Spine", contains an efficient, shorter, 17-minute warmup that is great for those who have exercised little in their lives or for those who have little time and just want a quick workout. You can perform GYROTONIC Exercises at home using either the Professional Pulley Tower or one of the Transformers. Though most of the owners of the Pro Pulley Tower are GYROTONIC Trainers who use the machines professionally in their studios, there are also clients of these Trainers who have purchased the Pro Pulley Tower for home use. In other words, anyone can buy the Pro Pulley Tower, however the legal stipulation is that one can only use this machine professionally, with clients, if one has completed the GYROTONIC Foundation Course and is thus a Licensed GYROTONIC Trainer. If you do buy the Pro Pulley Tower for use at home, keep in mind that you will need to take lessons with a GYROTONIC Trainer if you want to learn how to correctly perform the specific exercises that are the hallmarks of the Gyrotonic Expansion System. We sell no books nor DVDs that teach one how to perform the GYROTONIC Exercises on the Pro Pulley Tower.
