Q: Where can I locate a studio in my area so I can try out the GYROTONIC Expansion System or take a GYROKINESIS class? A: There are GYROTONIC Studios in many countries around the world, and we have created a Studio Finder section of our website to help you easily locate a studio in your area. Click on the Main Studios link. You can either search by city, state or country. It is important to remember that you can only enter information into one of these fields, as the Studio Finder will not work properly if you enter too much information. Also, if you live in the USA, and you are wondering if there is a studio in your city, it is often more helpful if you perform a state-wide search of studios. If there is no studio in your city, but you just type in, for example, "Layton", your city's name, then no studios will be listed under "Layton". You may conclude that there are no studios near you. But if you perform a state-wide search, by just entering the 2-letter abbreviation of your state, such as "NJ", you will see all of the studios in your state, and they are listed 10 at a time, alphabetized by city. By clicking on the word "Next", the next 10 cities will be listed, and so on. Thus, though there may not be a studio in your city, you may see one within driving distance, in a nearby city. If you live outside of the USA, it is likewise more helpful if you just perform a country-wide search, thus you will be able to see listed all of the studios in your country. For instance, if you live in France, just type "France" into the country field only and press "search". The majority of studios listed on our "Studio Finder" page are GYROTONIC studios, and you will be able to contact a studio and make an appointment to have a GYROTONIC lesson with a GYROTONIC Trainer. Many of these studios also teach GYROKINESIS classes, and you must contact the individual GYROTONIC studios to find out if they also offer GYROKINESIS classes. There a just a few studios around the world that are "GYROKINESIS only" studios, again you can contact any studio to find out what they offer. |
