A short documentary by GYROTONIC® Trainer, & musician Rodolfo Troncoso, in collaboration with Gyrotonic International Headquarters.

Here's an intimate cross section of a GYROTONIC® Jumping Stretching Board course with Juliu Horvath from start to finish.  This is an inspiring video that shares some of the many dynamics of this amazing course.  We get to see what it takes to set up for one of the large equipment courses.  We get to see the GYROTONIC® Master Trainers, who are attending the course, moving through the challenging, full body exercises that make up the JSB curriculum.  We get to see the collaboration and comraderie among this international community of Trainers, and perhaps most interesting of all, we get to hear from some of those trainers themselves, and in the end, a rare and precious gem- a peek at one of Juliu's insightful lessons.  Harmoniously interlaced throughout the video is the GYROTONIC® music that Rodolfo and Juliu have been collaborating on for the last four years.

There were lots of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® method happenings in Mexico recently. Gina Muensterkoetter conducted a Gyrotonic Final Certificate Course on Feb 10-11-12, 2012 in Mexico City. This was the first Gyrotonic Final Certificate course to be held in Mexico!

Juliu conducted a Gyrokinesis class on Feb 13th in Mexico City. This was the first time he taught a class in Mexico City. Many students and some long time students showed up. It was a great, great event and nicely done with a welcome and an afterparty. The organisation was done by Maria Rosa, Christina Catalayud and Margaritha Santillan



Juliu also conducted a Gyrokinesis Breathing Course in Playa del Carmen with students from all over the world. The course was held in a Mayan-influenced environment, which made it very special. Also, the fact that the classroom was basically outside and surrounded by trees, added to the enthusiasm of the students. The Mexican students were very gracious hosts, helping international students with language translation, and having a good time socializing with everyone outside of class.
